GovClean provides a software platform that helps Canadian cleaning companies find government tenders, calculate Ontario-compliant pricing, generate BPS-defensible proposals, and manage their bid pipeline. The service includes tender monitoring, AI-powered proposal drafting, and pricing calculators calibrated to Ontario employment standards.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GovClean. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform. You will not use GovClean to harass other users, submit fraudulent bids, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Automated access to the platform is prohibited without prior written consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are available at our discretion within 14 days of a charge. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Your data is yours. Proposals you generate, company information you upload, and bid data you enter remain your property. Our software, branding, UI design, and proprietary algorithms are owned by GovClean Technologies Inc.
Either party can end this agreement at any time. We will provide 30 days notice before terminating your account, unless you violate these terms, in which case we may suspend or terminate immediately. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.
GovClean is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in tender data, pricing calculations, and AI-generated proposals, we do not guarantee that you will win any specific tender or contract.
Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email you at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
