Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect account information you provide during sign-up (name, email address, company name), tender data you save or bid on within the platform, and usage logs for security monitoring and product improvement. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to provide the GovClean service, match you with relevant government cleaning tenders, send notifications you've opted into (such as morning briefs and deadline alerts), and prevent abuse of the platform. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the service.

3. Where it's stored

All customer data is stored in Canada via Supabase in the CA-CENTRAL-1 region. Your data never leaves Canadian borders. Our infrastructure is PIPEDA compliant.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your data — ever. We share data only with service providers under contract who are necessary to operate the platform: Anthropic (AI-powered proposal generation), Stripe (billing and payments), Resend (transactional email), and Clerk (authentication). Each provider is bound by their own privacy and data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.
